For identical needs of drying, there is a great disparity of installations with driers' capacities varying from 0,5 to 10m³. Today drying by deliquescent products is a stagnant market whereas the needs for drying are in constant progress. It is thus necessary to bring a technological projection to give dynamics to this market. Technological researches on drying processes by deliquescent products scarcely evolved and are often limited to calcium chloride as dehydrating agent. Researches can thus give place to many innovations.
