The strong presence of Quadrimex in the market of drying and it many contacts with the users of this technology lead to identify two large research orientations:

• improvements of the loading systems, by limiting the exposure of the operators. Regular consumption of tablet bed avoid throwing out the rest of the charge no used. Dryer could be reloaded with hydroxide briquettes or calcium chloride almonds on old charge still active.
• optimization of the bed (staging briquettes of various sizes, standardization of the bed in the course of time)
