NEWTON’S proposes the three most widespread deliquescent drying agents in petrochemical industry (sodium hydroxide briquettes, potassium hydroxide briquette and calcium chloride briquette) in two different sizes (28/30 and 8/9 grams) with a particular form (in briquettes) which makes it possible to optimize the transferring surface and limiting the pressure losses. NEWTONS thus offers to its customers six different products to bring the solutions most adapted to the problems of drying solvents and gases.
Briquettes : an optimized shape
Briquette is in the shape of almond, tablet or walnut. In this form, sodium hydroxide walnut, potassium hydroxide walnut and calcium chloride nut have a transfer surface more significant than a sphere and a shape more hydrodynamic than flakes.
Sodium hydroxide briquettes
Sodium hydroxide briquettes has excellent capacities of water absorption which make possible to reach remarkable performances of drying.
Potassium Hydroxide walnuts
Potassium hydroxide walnuts ( potash walnuts) has excellent capacities of water absorption which make possible to reach remarkable performances of drying.
Calcium chloride nuts
Calcium chloride nuts is one of the most widespread desiccant.
